Intellectual Property<\/h5><p data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1714\">All content on the Website, including texts, photographs (e.g. images of properties such as \u201cLighthouse\u201d, \u201cOld Porto\u201d, etc.), graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of MyMoradia or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code and the Industrial Property Code.<br data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1565\" \/>Any copying, reproduction, distribution or transmission of any content from this Website without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1779\">4. Booking and Accommodation Conditions (For Guests)<\/h5><p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1945\">When making a reservation through the Website (via the \u201cBook Now\u201d feature), the User declares acceptance of the specific conditions applicable to each accommodation:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2509\"><li data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2151\"><p data-start=\"1949\" data-end=\"2151\"><strong data-start=\"1949\" data-end=\"1972\">Prices and Payment:<\/strong> Prices are displayed in Euros (\u20ac) and include VAT at the legal rate, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and security deposit conditions are detailed at the time of booking.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2313\"><p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2313\"><strong data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2171\">Cancellation:<\/strong> The applicable cancellation policy is the one in force at the time of booking and may vary depending on the selected rate or accommodation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2509\"><p data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2509\"><strong data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2332\">House Rules:<\/strong> The guest undertakes to comply with the accommodation rules, neighbourhood standards and quiet hours. Management and Consultancy Services (For Owners\/Investors)<\/h5><p data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2959\">The information provided on the Website regarding property management and investment services is of an informative and commercial nature. The effective engagement of these services (e.g. short-term rental management or consultancy) requires the execution of a separate Service Agreement, which will govern the specific obligations of the parties, commissions and liabilities.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"2984\">6. Liability<\/h5><p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3182\"><strong data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3005\">User Liability:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3005\" data-end=\"3008\" \/>The User undertakes to use the Website in compliance with the law and refrains from introducing viruses, impairing the functionality of the Website or using false identities.<\/p><p data-start=\"3184\" data-end=\"3556\"><strong data-start=\"3184\" data-end=\"3208\">MyMoradia Liability:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3211\" \/>MyMoradia makes its best efforts to keep the information on the Website up to date.
