1. Identification and Ownership

2. Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website, as well as the provision of the services presented therein, namely:
Local Accommodation Management (Short-term rental management);
Medium-term rentals (Mid-term rentals);
Real estate consultancy;
Investment support services in Portugal (Invest in Portugal);
Online accommodation bookings.
Use of the Website confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including texts, photographs (e.g. images of properties such as “Lighthouse”, “Old Porto”, etc.), graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of MyMoradia or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by the Portuguese Copyright and Related Rights Code and the Industrial Property Code.
Any copying, reproduction, distribution or transmission of any content from this Website without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
4. Booking and Accommodation Conditions (For Guests)
When making a reservation through the Website (via the “Book Now” feature), the User declares acceptance of the specific conditions applicable to each accommodation:
Prices and Payment: Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and security deposit conditions are detailed at the time of booking.
Cancellation: The applicable cancellation policy is the one in force at the time of booking and may vary depending on the selected rate or accommodation.
House Rules: The guest undertakes to comply with the accommodation rules, neighbourhood standards and quiet hours. Failure to do so may result in termination of the accommodation agreement.
5. Management and Consultancy Services (For Owners/Investors)
The information provided on the Website regarding property management and investment services is of an informative and commercial nature. The effective engagement of these services (e.g. short-term rental management or consultancy) requires the execution of a separate Service Agreement, which will govern the specific obligations of the parties, commissions and liabilities.
6. Liability
User Liability:
The User undertakes to use the Website in compliance with the law and refrains from introducing viruses, impairing the functionality of the Website or using false identities.
MyMoradia Liability:
MyMoradia makes its best efforts to keep the information on the Website up to date. However, it shall not be liable for typographical errors, technical failures of the Website or temporary unavailability of the service. With regard to external links (e.g. social networks), MyMoradia does not control nor assume responsibility for their content.
7. Personal Data Protection

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the Court of the District of Porto shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to a competent Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity, such as CICAP in Porto.
